Returns
All claims for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase. If this 30 day period expires our return policy will no longer be valid and unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If purchasing more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened. Any pairs that have been opened will be rejected and no refund will be issued. 

Unfortunately, garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided as soon as the underwear have been returned and inspected to ensure that the remaining pairs have remained unopened and have not been tampered with or worn. After this inspection we will send out an email as to whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, an email will be sent out with confirmation of refund, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
